    Recently, Shenzhen Dadi Facade Technology Co., Ltd. received a market success report. Relying on its profound technical accumulation, perfect project management system and high-quality service scheme, the company successfully won the bid for the second bid section of Zhengzhou Hongfang phase II, Henan Province.

    确定中标后，大地幕墙第一时间启动履约响应机制，以 “快进场、快筹备、快开工” 的节奏推进各项工作。
    After winning the bid, Dadi Facade start the performance response mechanism at the first time to promote the work at the pace of "fast entry, fast preparation and fast commencement".

    目前，项目管理团队与核心设计人员已全部驻场到位，劳务施工班组同步进场展开作业，现场施工、技术图纸交底、材料资源筹备等前期工作正按计划高效有序推进。

    本次中标的二标段，施工范围涵盖 1#-A、1#-B、1#-C、1#-C2、2#楼及下沉广场，幕墙总面积约 6.7 万㎡。

    项目幕墙体系类型丰富、工艺精度要求高，集成了玻璃幕墙、铝板幕墙、蜂窝不锈钢幕墙、蜂窝合金钢板幕墙、陶砖幕墙、金属瓦幕墙、立面铝格栅、UHPC 幕墙、外挂铝拉网幕墙等十 余种系统，同时包含入口雨篷、裙房屋顶铝合金格栅等复杂专项节点，对设计深化能力与现场施工管控均提出了严苛的专业要求。
    The curtain wall system of the project has rich types and high requirements for process accuracy. It integrates more than ten systems, including glass curtain wall, aluminum plate curtain wall, honeycomb stainless steel curtain wall, honeycomb alloy steel plate curtain wall, ceramic brick curtain wall, metal tile curtain wall, facade aluminum grille, UHPC curtain wall, external aluminum mesh curtain wall, and other complex special nodes, including entrance awning, aluminum alloy grille on podium roof, which puts forward strict professional requirements for design deepening ability and on-site construction control.

    大地幕墙将 BIM 技术深度融入设计深化、方案校验与现场施工全周期，通过数字化手段实现系统优化、多维度比对校核与全过程安装指导，以技术精度保障工程品质。

    在深化设计阶段，项目团队依托 BIM 模型进行参数化建模与方案比选；对彩虹桥异形拱结构、酒店阳台界面等重点复杂部位进行专项深化，通过模型迭代优化受力构造与外观效果，提前消化设计难点。
    In the detailed design stage, the project team relies on BIM model for parametric modeling and scheme comparison; Special deepening was carried out for key and complex parts such as the special-shaped arch structure of rainbow bridge and the balcony interface of the hotel. The stress structure and appearance effect were optimized through model iteration, and the design difficulties were digested in advance.
